Rest for 30 seconds between each activity switch.

40 Seconds – Pike/Handstand Shoulder Taps (Shown variation for knees.)

1 Minute – Down Dog / Up Dog

40 Seconds – Broad Side Jump with Curtsy Squat

1 Minute – Inch Worm

40 Seconds – Mountain Climbers

1 Minute – Bear to Bridge

40 Seconds – Squat Jumps with/without Weight (Shown with kettlebell and weighted bag.)

1 Minute – Shin Box

40 Seconds – Burpees with Pushup

1 Minute – Rest
