100x – Air Squats

90x – Situps

80x – Lunges

70x – Burpees

60 Seconds – Plank

50x – Mountain Climbers (L + R = 1)

40x – Push-Ups

30x – V-Ups

20x – Star Jumps / Jump Squats

10x – Plyo / Hand Release Push-Ups

BONUS CHALLENGE:
Complete all reps in under 30 minutes.
